CANCELLATION POLICY
• A DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE RIGHT AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT IS ACCEPTED. IT WILL BE THE ONLY THING THAT GUARANTEES YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE TOTAL. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. • EACH CLIENT HAS A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE TIME YOU CHOOSE WHEN BOOKING. • NO SHOWS ARE AT RISK FOR NEVER BEING ABLE TO BOOK WITH ME AGAIN. IF YOU KNOW YOU ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE IT TO YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND BE COURTEOUS OF MY TIME. • NO GUEST MAY ACCOMPANY YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT UNLESS THEY ARE ALSO RECEIVING A SERVICE. • ABSOLUTELY NO KIDS ALLOWED • IF YOU HAPPEN TO BE ON YOUR PERIOD THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU MAY WEAR A TAMPON AND STILL RECEIVE YOUR SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WEARING A TAMPON THEN PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY. • MY CANCELLATION POLICY STILL APPLIES EITHER WAY. • IN ORDER TO USE THE SAME DEPOSIT FOR ANOTHER DAY YOU MUST RESCHEDULE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. • IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT OR THE SAME DAY YOU YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE ANOTHER DEPOSIT TO RESCHEDULE. I CHARGE A 100% CANCELLATION FEE FOR ANY NO-SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. • ANYTHING AFTER 5pm WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER HOURS, A $15 AFTER HOUR FEE WILL BE APPLIED!
